CEO Sidekick provides AI-generated advisory content for informational purposes only. This content does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions based on AI-generated recommendations. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use that content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not share your uploaded content with other users unless you explicitly enable team sharing features.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Full Stack Data Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEO Sidekick and Full Stack Data Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated advice.
